16-19 Bursary

The Post 16 Bursary Policy sets out how we award the 16-19 Bursary, which helps 16- to 19-year-olds continue in full-time education where they might otherwise struggle for financial reasons.
The bursary is made up of two parts: a bursary of up to £1,200 a year, which is allocated to the most vulnerable young people; and a discretionary fund for schools, academies and colleges to distribute.
16-19 BursaryStudents who believe they fit the criteria to make an application can download a Bursary application form here and email to Adwick Finance Team: finance@adwick.outwood.com, Danum Finance Team: finance@danum.outwood.com. You can also collect a paper copy of the application form from the Post 16 Learning Managers.
Students can submit an application at any point during the academic year as their financial/home situation dictates.
